i'm not i'm not,, body sooo pain

i'm not a happy go lucky gal as protrayed .. i juz try to make the condition fine.. i think a lot... i depress , i feel stress,, pressure is on !!! i'm not feeling well ,, my body is pain... not feeling well at the same time feel scare ,how to express ???, soooo tensionn,, wats wrong wit me ... i need medical treatment .. indeed.. so pain !! :(((
